SCEGA's Tumbling 1 class is a non-competitive, fun and safe approach to learning new tumbling skills. Emphasis is on learning a proper round-off along with other skills that lead up to the back handspring. No prior experience is necessary.

Tumbling I (All ages 6 years and older)

Tuition: $65/month 1 class per week

| SCEGA's Tumbling II is a non-competitive class with the emphasis shifting from learning the round-off and back handspring separately to the skills necessary for connecting a round-off back handspring. Prior tumbling is preferred and all students wishing to enroll in Tumbling II must be evaluated by a member of the Tumbling Staff. Requirements will be: step hurdle round-off solid rebound; running round-off with tight rebound; back handspring from tumble trak to porta pit landing in tight push up position (unspotted). |

| SCEGA'S Advanced Tumbling class is an opportunity to explore serious training in all aspects of tumbling in a non-competitive arena. Must be able to do round-off two back handsprings with good rebound (unspotted); front handspring on tumble trak to porta pit (unspotted); front tuck on tumble trak to porta pit (unspotted). Students at this level must be evaluated prior to first day of class. |
