Congratulations to Grant Murphy who qualified for and competed at Level 9 Junior Olympic Nationals last weekend in Long Beach. Among a very tough field of competitors Grant took 14th place on Floor.

Blake Wilson, scoring a 90.75 took second place in the Future Stars competition. 15.0's were scored by Ryan Johnson (Pommel) and Blake Wilson (Floor, Pommel, Rings and Vault) Congratulations to the entire Boys Team on their season! __________________________
Congratulations to Blake Wilson and Matthew Geuy, SCEGA Boys Team new State Champions! Blake took first place on Rings, Vault, P Bars, High Bar and All Around. Matthew took first place on Pommel. Congratulations to the rest of the team as well for their achievements at a very tough competition! ________________________
The Level 4-6 Boys had a great meet at the South Conference Championships in San Diego. The Level 5 & 6 teams took 3rd place. We had 8 champions: Joshua Kirby (Pommel); Mateo Rodriguez (Rings, P Bars); Nick Rogers (Pommel); Blake Wilson (Rings, P Bars); Matthew Geuy (Floor, Rings). Scoring over a 15.00 were Joshua Kirby, Ryan Johnson, Mateo Rodriguez, Dylan Scholten, Blake Wilson and Matthew Geuy. In addition Blake scored a 90.100. Next it's on to the State Championships! ________________________
The Level 6 & Level 9 boys along with the Future Stars competed at the Palm Tree Classic this past weekend. Zachary Kirby took first place on P Bars and Blake Wilson also took first place on P Bars. Scoring a 15.0 or higher were Casey Eich, Matthew Geuy and Blake Wilson (who scored a 15.0 or higher on all 6 events!). Blake also scored an impressive 92.400 All Around. The Level 5-10 Boys traveled to Las Vegas for the Blackjack Invitational Meet. Blake Wilson was the Pommel and Vault champion for Future Stars. Scoring a 15.0 or higher were Blake Wilson and Ryan Johnson. Next the boys are off to the Palm Tree Classic in Aliso Viejo. Good luck boys! ____________________
The Level 4-9 boys faced some stiff competition at the San Diego Team Cup this past weekend. We had 10 champions: Grant Murphy (High Bar & AA); Jenner Pennock (Vault); and Blake Wilson (Floor, Pommel, Rings, Vault, P Bars, High Bar & AA). In addition Blake scored a 15.0 or higher on Pommel, Rings, Vault & High Bar with a 90.300 All Around. This meet's Lion award went to Colin Stokes (Level 4) and Amanuhel Arreguin (Level 5). Next the boys are off to Las Vegas for the Blackjack Invitational. _______________________
